The practice teaching of preschool education is a kind of education and teaching activity which focuses on the post competence of preschool teachers,aims at training students to have the potential to study in practice and professional growth in secondary schools,and penetrates theory and practice into each other.Based on the theory of "Iceberg Theory" and Dewey's "learning by doing",this study explores the essential law of practical teaching system in applied local colleges and universities and improves the training efficiency of applied talents by studying and analyzing the practical teaching of Preschool Education(undergraduate)major in Colleges and universities.At the same time,through the in-depth analysis of the practical teaching in local(undergraduate)colleges and universities from the formulation of the program to the implementation process,it can provide practical reference for colleges and universities to formulate and implement a reasonable and standardized practical teaching plan.This research mainly takes the preschool education(undergraduate)major of Guangdong Z College as the research object.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of practice teaching in Z College from five dimensions: practice teaching objective,practice teaching content,practice teaching organization and implementation,practice teaching guarantee and management,practice teaching evaluation,in order to explore the essential laws,characteristics and influencing factors of practice teaching in Colleges and universities,and on this basis,puts forward preschool education The construction strategy of practical teaching system of Education(undergraduate)major.This study mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis,text analysis,case study,questionnaire and interview.Through literature analysis,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the practical teaching system of Preschool Education(undergraduate),which lays a theoretical foundation for this study and forms the research ideas and research framework of this study.Through text analysis and case study,this paper analyzes the pre-school education(undergraduate)talent training program,curriculum outline and other text materials of Guangdong Z college,to understand the policy basis and talent training characteristics of the implementation of practical teaching in the pre-school education(undergraduate)major of Z college.Through questionnaire survey and interview survey,this paper analyzes the current situation and effect of the practical teaching system of Z college.The results show that the local demand for application-oriented talents,the demand for professional development and brand building of colleges and universities,as well as the demand for students to obtain professional teacher qualification certificate and improve their professional competence directly or indirectly affect the formulation and implementation of the practical teaching system of preschool education in local(undergraduate)Colleges and universities.Through the investigation of the current situation of the practical teaching system of the University,it is found that the practical concept of Guangdong Z university is clear,but the objective system is not clear;the practical content is rich,but the ability oriented consciousness and the localization content penetration consciousness are insufficient;the practical organization is reasonable,but the implementation effect of the activity is low;the practice base,teachers,training place,system constraints and quality management are relatively reasonable,However,the effectiveness of guarantee and management needs to be improved;practical teaching evaluation needs to be emphasized,but there are some problems such as fuzzy evaluation criteria,lack of evaluation feedback and single evaluation object.This research takes practice oriented,in-depth experience,quality-oriented and multi linkage as the construction concept of the practice teaching system,and adheres to the system construction principles of combining practice,mutual learning,learning from each other,and win-win cooperation.Combined with the advantages and existing problems of other colleges and universities,this paper tentatively puts forward the practical teaching construction system of Preschool Education(undergraduate)major.Starting with the construction of a systematic practical teaching goal system based on human orientation,the paper sets up a local practical teaching content system and a targeted practical teaching organization and implementation system,so as to put forward an effective practical teaching guarantee and management system,and finally constructs a feedback practical teaching evaluation system.
