Resident standardized training is the necessary foundation for the development of a graded diagnosis and treatment system under the current medical reform,and is an inevitable requirement for building a healthy China.It is also a necessary growth channel for every clinician.This study understands the implementation of standardized training for residents in a hospital,tests the quality and effectiveness of training,finds problems and finds countermeasures,provides decision-making basis for the hospital in the process of training management,and improves the training mechanism.This study adopts literature analysis method,consults a large number of related literatures,and comprehensively understands and grasps the relevant research background and current situation.The residents who participated in the training of a hospital are the survey subjects,using questionnaire survey,interview method,360° comprehensive evaluation.Various methods were used to investigate the training effect,and the results were analyzed by using the Kirkpatrick evaluation model.The study found that the resident was generally satisfied with the training work.After the training,the medical level and theoretical basis,professional literacy and other aspects have been improved,and also have a greater contribution to the hospital.At the same time,it was found that there were some problems in training,such as dissatisfaction with income and treatment,and relatively weak clinical skills training.In response to these problems,suggestions were made to increase funding,strengthen skills training,and establish reasonable incentive policies.
