In order to strengthen agricultural talents and accelerate the development of modern agriculture and the construction of new countryside,it is a key issue to cultivate professional farmers who can adapt to modern production.The No.1 Document of the Central Committee in 2019 adhered to the priority development of rural agriculture and continued to emphasize the issue of "three rural issues" as the top priority of the entire party.The “Young Farmers Going to University” training course of the Shenyang Science and Technology Commissioner Demonstration Project has contributed tremendously to the cultivation of rural talents who can survive in 2004.For more than ten years,it has been insisting on “government funding,university training,farmers”.The school-running pattern of benefiting has trained a group of professional farmers.Every year,excellent students have become the leaders of science and technology to become rich,and established rural economic cooperation organizations to lead cooperative members to get rich together.This study summarizes the important concepts of this paper by combing the research on the evaluation of farmers,professional farmers and training effects.According to the research foundation at home and abroad,the training effects were reviewed in several aspects,such as training institutions,training index system and training effect evaluation methods.Based on the related research at home and abroad,the Koch's four-level evaluation model was selected as the theoretical model of the research.Based on this model and the characteristics of this research,the index system of vocational farmers' training effect was established and the questionnaire was developed.Participants who participated in the training course of “Young Farmers Going to University” in Shenyang City were the research objects of this study,and conducted a random sampling method to conduct empirical research on the training effect of professional farmers.The data obtained from the questionnaires and interviews are collated,the basic characteristics of the samples are described,and the factors that may affect the training effect of the basic characteristics are analyzed.The Koch's four-level evaluation model is used to respond to the students' reactions,learning,behavior changes,The business results are descriptively analyzed on a level-by-level basis,and the average scores of each level are calculated to more intuitively understand the overall situation of the effect evaluation;the four-level scale is numerically averaged,and the four scales are converted into four For numerical variables,the variables are tested for correlation,and the relationship between the factors is determined.The hypothesis of this study is proposed.The numerical variables of the three parts of the response,learning and behavior change of the participants are regressed with the numerical variables of the business results.Analyze and explore the influencing factors affecting the training effect of professional farmers.Through research,students' reactions,learning,and behavioral changes all have a certain impact on business results.The calculation of the average scores is based on the overall situation of the various levels of understanding.It is found that the rankings of the four levels of average scores are learning,student response,behavior change,and business results,indicating that the knowledge is learned and the knowledge is truly changed.It takes time to accumulate,accumulate knowledge,and accumulate ability.It needs to change from quantitative to qualitative.The results of regression coefficient indicate that the students' reaction,learning,and behavioral changes have significant effects on business results,and learning for business results.The impact is greatest,the impact of student responses on business outcomes is second,and behavioral changes have the least impact on business outcomes.Based on the research conclusions,it provides a rich training course to improve the training effect,increase the design of different classes to meet the needs of different trainees;improve the logistics services of training institutions and strengthen the construction of training facilities;strengthen follow-up education guidance and enhance the use of students in practice.The ability to learn skills;strengthen government support,increase capital investment;increase farmers' income,pay attention to the feasibility of improving the overall quality of farmers.
