The guide to learning and development for children aged 3-6(hereinafter referred to as the guide)stipulates that young children should participate in outdoor activities for not less than two hours a day,including not less than one hour of sports.According to this one regulation many nursery schools of countrywide each district begin morning outdoor activity in succession.Kindergarten daily reasonable,scientific and effective organization of outdoor activities in the morning,can improve the physical quality of children.Therefore,as the organizer and guide of the morning outdoor activities,teachers play an irreplaceable role in the morning outdoor activities.In this study,a kindergarten in Anshan city was selected as a case study park,and two classes of large,medium and small classes were selected as the research objects.By using the methods of literature,observation and interview,this paper makes a quantitative and qualitative analysis on the present situation of the teachers' guiding behavior in the morning outdoor activities and the differences of the teachers' guiding behavior in different classes of different ages in the garden.At the same time,it analyzes the causes of the present situation,and finally puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the teachers' guiding behavior in the morning outdoor activities.The study found that the status of the teacher's guiding behavior in the morning outdoor activities: the nature of the teacher's guiding behavior is more active,the guiding status of the bystander is more,the guiding content is more safety,less rules and the guiding mode is more command and less inquiry.Analysis of the causes of related phenomena:teachers ignore the subjective initiative of children,lack of peer role awareness of children,neglect of children's long-term development,teacher authority awareness is serious.Finally,according to the relevant data and the results of the above research,the researcher will propose suggestions to optimize the behavior of kindergarten morning outdoor activity teachers.
