Children's manual activities are an important branch of children's art education activities,which help to cultivate and improve children's abilities in operation,creativity,thinking and other aspects,and help children develop good learning habits,In the manual process,children can feel the charm of manual activities and help children achieve physical and mental coordinated development.The kindergarten teacher plays an important role in the activity process,not only the organizer of the activity,but also the participant and the guide.The suitability of the guiding behavior directly affects the quality of the child 's manual activities,but also has an impact on the creativity and thinking ability of the child,Aesthetic ability and other aspects of the development of abilities have an impact.Based on the recent development zone theory,Ronfield's tool theory,and the hierarchy of needs theory,this study uses a combination of observation,interview,and case analysis methods to analyze six of the three middle classes of the second teacher kindergarten in Shahekou District,Dalian.The 12 manual activities carried out by teachers were observed and analyzed.First,through statistical analysis,combined with the case and interview content,from the four dimensions of the teacher's guidance content,guidance method,guidance timing and guidance result analysis and summary of the characteristics and problems of teacher guidance behavior in the beginning and basic parts of manual activities.Secondly,based on the interview content,comprehensively and specifically analyze the factors that affect the teacher's guidance behavior in manual activities,including: teacher factors,children's factors and environmental factors.Finally,suggestions for improving teachers' guidance in manual activities areprovided,which mainly include: sticking to children as the main body in the activities;teachers should be good at observing;providing appropriate guidance when necessary;teachers should improve their artistic literacy;Strengthen parents' support and cooperation for manual activities,and support of kindergarten managers.
