Teacher child interaction,the most important interpersonal interaction in kindergartens,has been paid more and more attention by scholars both at home and abroad in recent years.Through consulting the relevant research results,it is found that the study of teacher and child interaction has been more comprehensive,but there is still not a systematic place.Small kindergartens in urban areas are the most existing forms in the current kindergarten form.They are shouldering great responsibilities in vigorously developing preschool education and promoting children's education.The morning of outdoor activities is the first link kingdergartens,it is also the important link,is conducive to the adjustment of children's bad mood in the morning outdoor activities,arouse their enthusiasm to participate in other activities,improve their physical quality,but also an important place for the interaction between teachers and children.Through the study of urban small kindergarten morning outdoor activities of teacher child interaction,can carry out the interaction between teachers and children provide reference for the same type of situation in the kindergarten,also can enrich the theory of preschool education knowledge.Using the methods of observation and interview,122 children and 8 teachers were randomly selected from a few small kindergartens in a certain urban area,and the interaction between teachers and children in morning outdoor activities was studied.Through the observation and record,319 teachers and young teachers and young children between teachers and children were collected,and the data were analyzed.The analysis shows: first,the overall distribution of teacher and child interaction events in morning outdoor activities is that there is a significant difference in the tendency of interaction between the type of interaction and the realization degree of the behavior theme.Second,the theme of the morning outdoor activities is the theme of the interaction,the lack of emotional experience,and the other small classes.The emotional needs of young children are more than that of large classes.Third,the nature of the interaction between teachers and children in the morning outdoor activities is characterized by strong teachers' color,and the emotion ofteachers in the process of interaction will affect the development of children's stable emotion;and fourth,the interaction of teachers and children in morning outdoor activities.The result of the study is that the difference of interactive behavior will affect the result of interaction,and the cultivation of teachers' professional ethics will also affect the result of interaction.According to the above conclusions,and combining the authentic experience and interview results of the researchers,the teachers,kindergartens and parents were given suggestions on how to establish a good teacher and child interaction.Teachers should do their job well and strive to improve their professional quality;the kindergarten should establish a scientific and rational management mechanism and pay close attention to teachers' needs;parents should do a good job in cooperation to contribute to the realization of home education.
