I believe that set clear plans and prepare a variety of sports activities can make students learn in the process of participation,which is of great significance to achieve the expected teaching objectives and to ensure the improvement of students' quality in In middle school physical education.For middle school students,most of them are still in the growth stage,and their minds and bodies are keep developing.During this period,the students' physical and psychological characteristics have strong enthusiasm,while self-control is poor.Physical activities are mostly carried out outdoors,and are easily affected by external conditions,resulting in students being unable to concentrate on lessons.Physical education is simply repeated,and the content of the exercise is too simple to make students feel boring.Most teaching activities put students in a passive position,only a single lecture and transmission,which makes it difficult to enhance the students' enthusiasm of learning,psychological quality and psychological quality.The pedagogy of physical education aims to put students in core position and pay attention to the self-development of students,so that students can form good cooperation and achieve common development in the process of the game,and avoid the harm caused by stress in the class.Teachers should make reasonable arrangements for teaching activities,enrich teaching activities,and make teaching more interesting on the basis of paying attention to the characteristics of the game,so that students can feel the joy of study and improve their participation in sports.In the game activities,the students' cooperative ability and collective consciousness can be developed.By setting clear goals and requiring students to exercise themselves,they can also cultivate the spirit of brave and fearless setbacks.They are positive for the cultivation of good quality and moral ability.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the gamification of middle school physical education classroom teaching.Research methods: The main research objects of this paper are the class(199),(198),(197),(196),(195)and(200)of Yangcheng Middle School in Yucheng County,Shanxi Province.A total of 150 boys and girls are selected in the class.I use the game teaching method in class(199)and(197).While for the first(200)and(198)classes,the traditional teaching mode is still adopted.After a period of time,i measure the students' sports level,and use interviews and questionnaires to understand students' attitudes towards sports before and after the experiment,so as to study the enthusiasm of sports games for sports learning,and lay a foundation for the smooth progress of future reform activities..Experimental results:(1)After completing the experiment,the interest of the students in the experimental class was significantly improved;(2)After the experiment,the sports performance of the experimental class was significantly improved;(3)There were no obvious changes in the results of the control class before and after the experiment;(4)After completing the experiment,the subjective motor feeling level of the experimental class students was significantly improved.Conclusion: Introducing the sports game teaching method into the junior high school physical education curriculum can improve the students' interest in physical education and has a positive effect on improving students' quality and motor skills,and is significantly better than that obtained by traditional teaching methods.Suggestion: The sports game teaching method should be innovative and guarantee choices of the excellent models reasonably.It also need to pay attention to the interests and characteristics of students,and guide students get involved.
