Objective:Under the background of new lesson mark, sports pay more attention on the teaching content to the guiding thought of "health first". Add sports games in PE teaching physical education brings out the diverse, interesting, can make the students interested in sports, for easy to accept the teaching content. Sports games in the teaching can promote the development of junior high school student body function, enhance health of body and mind, make it easier for students to accept sports, is an effective method for promoting students’ all-round development of body and mind. This paper adopts sports games teaching method are verified through the experimental study of junior middle school sports classroom teaching effect, improve the classroom efficiency as well as the students’ interest in physical education, as to provide theoretical basis for junior high school physical education teaching reform.Methods:This study in suzhou park the tenth middle school the first day of class(12) and the first class(7) for the teaching objects, two classes of 20 boys and girls 20 people.(12) at the beginning of class the students "sports game" teaching method teaching, using the traditional model(7) at the beginning of class type teaching method, through a semester of teaching experiment, and measured the physical condition of students before and after the experiment mainly including height, weight, standing long jump, medicine balls, 50 meters, vital capacity, grasp of sports skills(volleyball frontal hands mat ball scores, a minute skip grades), after-school students fill in the subjective feeling(RPE) scale and students before and after the experiment of horizontal and vertical comparison with the result of physical education attitude, sports games teaching method in order to research influence on junior middle school students’ physical education learning related, for junior high school teaching reform to provide certain theoretical and practical reference.Results:(1) The experimental classes after the experiment in the standing long jump, medicine balls, volleyball hands pad and a minute ball rope skipping is significantly higher than before(P < 0.05); Other indicators no significant change(P > 0.05).(2) That in comparative classes only solid sphere than before the experiment after experiment have significantly increased(P < 0.05), all the other indicators no significant change(P > 0.05).(3) The experimental classes after the experiment in the lung capacity, medicine balls, 50 meters of the increase to be significantly higher than that in comparative classes(P < 0.05); Other indicators no significant difference(P > 0.05).(4) The experimental classes after class the students subjective feeling movement(RPE) the overall level of more intense than that in comparative classes(5) After the experiment classes students of physical education, like degree is higher than that in comparative classes.Conclusions: In junior high school classroom teaching of sports, adopts the model of "sports game" teaching method and traditional teaching method to improve the students’ physical quality, sports skill has a promoting effect, but the "sports game" teaching method for further improving student’s physical quality and athletic skills than traditional forms of teaching methods.Recommendations: "Sports game" teaching method to choose according to the students’ interest in psychological characteristics and reasonable sports game, when choosing the game should have innovative, teachers should use positive language when organizing game guide students, encourage students.
