The technical college belongs to the category of Vocational and technical education,but it is different from the secondary vocational school and higher vocational college in charge of the educational department.It creates a system of its own.Since 2010,the "implementation of the people's Republic of China Private Education Promotion Law" has promulgated,private technical colleges in Guangdong Province are developing rapidly,presenting some characteristics such as early start,rapid development,large scale,multiplicity and so on,but in the fierce competition with medium-vocation schools,high-vocation colleges and public technical institutes,private technical colleges are at a disadvantage,they appears lacking advantages and core competitiveness.How to grasp the key elements of the core competitiveness of private technical colleges?How to cultivate its core competitiveness?This is a major issue to be solved urgently in the development of private technical colleges.At present,experts and scholars in China on the core competitiveness of Vocational and technical colleges are very few,specialized research on the core competitiveness of private technical colleges and how to enhance the strategy of universities is almost blank.Based on this background,this paper studies the core competiveness of private technical colleges.This paper based on the knowledge understanding of core competiveness,on the relevant basis for creating the core competitiveness of universities in the literature in the study on the characteristics and the concept of the core competitiveness of private technical colleges which is a special type of school defines the elements,and take the Delphy method and expert interview method to the core competitiveness of the private vocational institutions the selection and analysis.Based on determining the reasonable elements of the core competitiveness of private technical colleges,the school has selected a better represents the characteristics and development status of the private school of Mechanic College of Guangdong Province,Guangdong province L senior technical school as a typical case,carries on the analysis and evaluation of the school's advantage or potential competitive advantage to the VRIO model.An empirical analysis of the constituent elements of the core competitiveness,in-depth analysis of the school will practice control of resources and the ability to grasp the opportunity and deal with the application environment in the environment threat.On this basis,in the end,the paper puts forward the measures to improve the core competitiveness of the school.The completion of the thesis has practical guiding significance for promoting the development of the core competitiveness of private technical colleges and universities.At the same time,it also provides decision-making basis and scheme for the development of the core competitiveness of private technical colleges and Vocational Colleges in Guangdong province and even the whole country.
