The development of learning quality will affect the next school s learning and even their life's thinking and behavior patterns.Allowing young children to implement a program-work-review process in regional activities not only provides strategic guidance for preschool teachers to carry out regional activities,but also promotes the development of young children s learning quality.In this study,the researchers selected two middle classes from a public kindergarten in Tianjin as experimental and control classes.The level of the two classes of teachers,the number of children,and the class environment are equivalent.Among them,18 students were selected in the experimental class and the control class,and a total of 36 children were selected as subjects.Through the intervention of the "plan-work-review" process in the experimental class area activities,and the quantitative analysis of the quality intervention effect of the middle school children,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The plan-work-review process in regional activities can promote The comprehensive development of middle school children's learning quality has certain application value;(2)regular regional activities can promote the development of middle school children's persistence and concentration,and initiative ability;(3)the development of experimental children's learning quality after the experiment In the control class for young children.Among them,there is no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in the dimension of "adherence and concentration".In the other four dimensions and the total score,the experimental class is better than the control class.Through analysis and summary,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)attach importance to the value of regional activities to the development of children's learning quality,and actively carry out regional activities;(2)clarify the role orientation and guiding strategies of teachers in regional activities;(3)make full use of the plan-Work-review process to improve the quality of learning for young children;(4)Create a supportive environment to ensure that the program-work-review is stable.
