The third year of high school is an important stage of the whole teaching for the three-year senior high school. Teaching Senior 3 students bears an indispensable task, not only laying a solid foundationfor the students who are going to enter the university, but also cultivating talents during the process of preparation for the college entrance examination. Therefore, the review classes for senior 3 studentsare particularly essential. How to carry on the teaching, what to teach and what forms to select are what most of the history teachers are concerned about. With the college entrance examination reform, historical knowledge test methods and test contents have changed greatly. Based on the above issues, this paper takes the teaching contents of the review classes as the research basis, analyzes the reform features of the college entrance examination, the current situation of the review classes, the confusion of the senior 3 students on history learning, high school history teaching problems and other aspects, and exploresconnections and relationship between history teaching for senior 3 students and college entrance examination reform. This paper starts from the problems research and plan the teaching content taking the "Chinese Modern History" as an example, in order to meet the requirements of the reform of college entrance examination so that the unity can be achieved between the courses teaching in the new curriculumand the college entrance examination reform.
