Research On The Training Of New Vocational Farmers

China is a big agricultural country.The training of new type professional farmers is an important part of implementing the new concept of agricultural modernization,Compared with traditional peasants,new-type professional peasants have higher cultural and agricultural production technical literacy,have the ideology of integration of agriculture,industry and commerce,and are the backbone of agricultural modernization.From 2012 to 2019,the new type of professional farmers in Liji Street of Wuhan began to appear and showed a prosperous trendThis paper defines the concepts of Modem Peasants and new-type professional peasants,and on the basis of human resources theory and hierarchy of needs theory,using literature,interviews,questionnaires and empirical analysis methods to analyze the peasants*own factors,family factors,peasants' cognitive factors and peasants'training factors of the new-type professional peasants training in Liji Street,Wuhan City.On this basis,taking the farmers of Liji Street in Wuhan as the research object,combining with the training situation from the perspective of farmers,using the two-dimensional cross-table analysis method of empirical analysis and logistic model method to analyze the correlation and correlation degree between each factor and farmers'participation in training from the perspectives of farmers' own factors,family factors,training cognitive factors and training demand factors.Finally,only nine variables in three aspects have an impact on farmers'training needs,namely:gender,age and education level in farmers' own factors;knowledge level of new vocational farmers in training cognitive factors,whether they have training experience,whether they have the opportunity to express their opinions on training content;training costs and expected training places in training demand factors.Point.According to the test results,the paper puts forward some suggestions on innovating the form and content of training,strengthening social guidance,improving the system and regulations,and giving full play to the leading role of the govermment.
