Research On The Training Of New-type Vocational Farmers In Daqing City

Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has entered a crucial period of building a well-off society in an all-round way.As a traditional agricultural country,China's "three rural issues" is a very serious problem,closely related to the comprehensive historical mission of building a well-off society in an all-round way and building a socialist modernized country.For the development of rural society in China,the main body of agricultural production activities is farmers,of which new professional farmers play a key role.As the Daqing transformation problem has been put on the agenda with the gradual depletion of Daqing oil resources.The number of rural laborers in cities has shown an obvious growth trend in recent years,which has also led to the hollowing out of rural areas.At the same time,there are problems such as aging of farmers and part-time jobs of farmers,resulting in a shortage of labor in agricultural development.Therefore,training new professional farmers is of great significance.It can not only improve China's human capital stock,but also increase farmers' income and effectively promote the process of agricultural modernization.This is also an important way to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.This paper takes the new professional farmers in Daqing as the research object,studies the training status and the influencing factors of training,and promotes the improvement of the new professional farmer training system.Guided by relevant concepts and human capital,rural vocational education theory,and the basic theory of human comprehensive development,data collection was conducted through field interviews,questionnaires and literature review.From the basic situation of Daqing City and the implementation of training,analyze the new type of Daqing City.The status quo of vocational farmers training.With the help of relevant literature knowledge and research results,the factors affecting the training of new professional farmers in Daqing City are assumed from four aspects: individual factors,family factors,training cognitive factors and training demand factors.Logistic regression analysis was used to verify and determine the nine main factors affecting the training of new professional farmers,including gender,age,training time,education level,health status,understanding level,training level,training cost and satisfaction level.According to the results obtained,we will strengthen the training of new professional farmers,improve the training structure of new professional farmers and improve the policy guarantee system,from paying attention to farmers' needs,strengthening rural basic education,strengthening the training of new professional farmers,strengthening the level of training teachers,and innovating.The training model,the construction policy support system and the increase of financial support guarantees put forward corresponding rationalization suggestions.
