The Effectiveness Of Training Base Of The Traditional Ethnic Minority Sports Of Ningxia Autonomous Region

The effects of the training base of the traditional ethnic minority sports are promoting national sport activities,national sport programs,training the national sport athletes and developing national sport culture.The training base of the traditional ethnic minority sports would improve the development of the traditional ethnic minority sport activities and improve the national cultural confidences.Based on this,the Ethnic Affairs Commission and Sport Bureau of Ningxia Autonomous region set 10 training base of the traditiona ethnic minority sports in Ningxia to promote the development of national sport activities.The training base strongly promotes the development of the traditional ethnic minority sport activities since its inception.Meanwhile,the current situation of the training base shows that there still exists a gap between the original intention and the development.Using documents,interview and questionnaire method,the study examined the current situation of Ningxia training base of the traditional ethnic minority sports.Based on these situations and the literature review,the study constructed the evaluation system of the training base of the traditional ethnic minority sports.The system includes 5 items of the first level and 25 items in the second level.By adopting this system,the study evaluated the training base of the traditional ethnic minority sports of Ningxia University and Guyuan Middle School of Hui nationality.The results of the study showed that there still exists a gap between the original intention and the current situation of the training base.Overrall development of the training base shows an imbalance.Funding on the construction is limited.Human resource management needs more professional.The evaluation of effxctiveness is benefit to the standardized development of the training base.The study suggests that the training base should improve its construction benefits and to expand source of funding.The overall construction level should be enhanced.School-based pattern of the training base needs to be popularized futher.The management department should pay more attention to the evaluation of effectiveness.
