Purpose:With the development and progress of in colleges and universities,the novel and fashionable aerobics and yoga sports become the hottest sports teaching curriculum,being welcomed and loved by female college students.Mass aerobics and yoga exercise have different strengths.They are both associated and different.Effectively combining both will bring unexpected benefits.Methods:This study uses the interview method,questionnaire investigation,literature material method,experimental method and mathematical statistics to study the sports training of the female students for different categories in the first participation of the mass aerobics and yoga practice in Fujian Forestry Vocational and Technical College.There is mass aerobics group,yoga group and combination group.Each course is arranged for 12 weeks,3 times a week and 80 minutes at a time.After the experiment,I analyzed the data of three groups and compare different groups to see whether there was a significant difference in various health fitness indexes before and after the experiment and whether there was a difference before and after the different sports effects on the health fitness.The results show that:(1)Group C--the combination group existed significant differences in steps after 12 weeks of the experiment,which can significantly improve cardiopulmonary function and promote the development of female college students cardio respiratory fitness;the significant improvement in grip strength and standing long jump has a very important role in improving students' muscle fitness;and the significant differences in sit-and-reach has a significant role in the development of the students' flexible fitness;(2)Group A--the mass aerobics group index improved significantly in steps after 12 weeks of the experiment,which is conducive to the development of students' cardio respiratory fitness;(3)Group B-the yoga group existed significant differences in sit-and-reach after 12 weeks of the experiment,which has a very important role in the development of the students' flexible fitness;(4)There are significant differences in health fitness effect among the three sets of exercise programs and the third group C works best.Conclusions:The combination of the two kinds of exercise effectively can reflect the fitness value of the mass aerobics and helping-mental-health value of the yoga,which causes the student to achieve healthy heart and bodybuilding fitness.Mass aerobics combined with yoga practice promotes the development of female college students' health fitness and the exercise plan effects significantly,which can be used as students' fitness programs.In this paper,combining the two to study the influence of health fitness will provide a reference and help for PE teaching reform in colleges and universities.
