With the advent of sports projects,a large number of foreign sports have been introduced to China,of which Tabata training is widely used in the field of fitness because of its fashionable and novel exercise methods,Tabata training adapts to a wide range of training groups and short-term and efficient,short-paced training mode can actively mobilize students’excitement,in the class is an efficient physical training mode,in the classroom is a novel and effective exercise method.In the university aerobics class,the training model combined with Tabata training is promoted,the feasibility of Tabata training in the physical education course of female college students is analyzed,the impact on the physical fitness and physical self-esteem of female college students is discussed,the physical fitness of female college students is continuously improved,and the research on enriching the physical self-esteem and enhancing self-confidence of female college students is provided as a theoretical reference.This paper mainly uses questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method,87female college students in public physical education class of山东Normal University as aerobics subjects as experimental subjects,and intervenes in Tabata training in calisthenics class,and conducts physical fitness intervention for 12 weeks,twice a week,20-30 minutes each time,before and after the experiment,the two groups of students were tested and surveyed for physical fitness,and the test data were sorted out and analyzed.Research results:1.From the body composition test results,it can be seen that there is no significant difference in BMI index between the two groups after the experiment(P>0.05),and there is no significant difference in weight between the two groups after the experiment(P>0.05).However,there was a significant difference in weight between the same group,which shows that both training methods can accelerate calorie expenditure,and continuous exercise training can keep people in shape.2.The results of the physical fitness test showed that after 12 weeks of intervention,the results of the post-test comparison between the groups showed that compared with the control group,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05)in the test results of speed quality,endurance quality and strength quality,which was manifested in the50-meter running and 50-meter running in the experimental group after the intervention.The time performance of 800 m running was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the distance of standing long jump and the number of sit-ups were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the test results of sitting forward flexion between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the intervention method did not significantly improve the flexibility of the subjects.3.From the results of the body self-esteem questionnaire,it can be seen that the dimensions of exercise ability between the two groups after the experiment showed a very significant difference(P<0.01),and the test results of physical fitness,body self-worth,physical attractiveness and physical condition between the two groups after the experiment showed significant differences(P<0.05)after comparative analysis.Conclusion:1.In terms of body composition,both training methods can have a certain positive effect on body shape.Exercise can speed up people’s calorie expenditure,and continuous exercise training can keep people in shape.2.Tabata training can promote the quality performance of girls in the physical fitness test of college students,especially in improving endurance quality and speed quality,can be well introduced into university physical education classrooms,and this novel training form also drives the frequency of sports of college students outside the physical education class,arouses the interest in exercise,and better integrates sports into daily life.3.It can have a positive impact on all dimensions of female college students’ physical self-esteem,and the external behavior of female college students has different effects on their psychology from moment to time.
