Research On The Popularization Strategy Of Baduanjin In Jinan Colleges And Universities

With the continuous development of Baduanjin movement in Shandong universities,its cultural,ideological and fitness values have been recognized by the majority of schools and teachers and students,and more and more schools are willing to carry out Baduanjin related courses,which is of great significance to promote the construction of traditional sports culture in Colleges and universities.In order to popularize and popularize Baduan Jin in Shandong universities,the Baduan Jin can play a diversified role in promoting physical and mental health.This paper uses literature,questionnaire,expert interviews and other research methods to assist the completion of the paper,laying the foundation for the writing of this paper.At the same time,through field visits to the eight-section brocade courses and teachers of four universities in Shandong Province,we consulted professional teachers and experts to understand the actual situation of the development of the eight-section brocade movement in Colleges and universities,and to provide practical reference for the better popularization and promotion of the eight-section brocade movement in Colleges and universities in Shandong Province.In order to further understand the practice of Baduanjin among college students,the author discussed with experts the development of a questionnaire on the promotion of Baduanjin in Colleges and universities in Shandong Province.The questionnaire was used to investigate the promotion carrier of Baduanjin among college students.The questionnaire covers the basic situation of college students from three aspects: grade,gender and specialty.It collects objective data on students' practice of Baduanjin from willingness,motivation,understanding and learning style.It also covers students' idea of practicing Baduanjin from aspects of physical and mental quality,moral quality and inheritance of excellent culture.Through the objective collection and collation of data,The problems existing in the promotion of Baduanjin in Colleges and universities are concluded,and effective promotion strategies are put forward,which can provide valuable reference for the construction of sports culture in Shandong colleges and universities.The results show that Baduan Jin has certain practicing value for college students in fitness and culture;the number of colleges and Universities Participating in Baduan Jin is increasing continuously,and the promotion of Baduan Jin in Colleges and universities is still to be improved;the number of practitioners of Baduan Jin in Colleges and universities is not balanced,which is related to interest,practicability and environment;and the way that college students learn Baduan Jin is more important.Relying on the network;most schools for the development of Baduanjin curriculum is limited by the lack of professional teachers and other factors;most schools do not have the characteristics of Baduanjin activities and so on.In view of the above problems and the current actual situation,this paper puts forward several suggestions on the combination of curriculum,ideology,campus culture and social fitness Qigong sites,such as: taking teachers and students as the main body,organizing cultural activities with characteristics of Baduan brocade;establishing self-confidence of traditional sports culture,timely introduction of Baduan brocade;establishing associations and regional teachers' teams to promote the promotion of Baduan brocade;The curriculum content structure should be reformed to integrate theory with practice;the propaganda means should be improved to integrate Baduanjin into college students' life;the training base should be built to enhance the popularity of Baduanjin;and the Qigong website should be combined to strengthen students' understanding and learning of Baduanjin.Hope to promote the popularization and promotion of Baduanjin in Shandong universities,thereby promoting the physical improvement of College students,shouldering the glorious task of inheriting and promoting the excellent traditional sports culture;Hope to provide new ways and reference for the popularization and promotion of more excellent traditional sports culture.
