With the implementation of national strategies such as "healthy China","Sports Industry" and "the conversion of New and Old driving Forces",the masters of physical education are faced with the problems of how to adapt to the needs of the state,how to adjust the training mode,and how to adapt the content to the national demand for sports application talents.As a model country for the cultivation of applied talents,the training experience of the United States is worthy of our reference,in order to realize the maximum efficiency of postgraduate education for sports majors,and to promote the training of sports professionals to meet the needs of the society.So that the Master of physical Education can better contribute to the social development of their own strength.This study uses literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,comparative studies,etc.By comparing some Chinese and American universities(Shandong Institute of physical Education,Liaocheng University,Hebei normal University,Jilin Institute of physical Education,Nanjing Institute of physical Education,Chengdu Institute of physical Education,Central China normal University,etc.)and Chuntian College of the United States,Indiana University,Oregon State University,American Institute of Sports and other four colleges and universities)the cultivation mode of master degree in physical education,in order to improve the social fitness of the cultivation of master degree in physical education in China as the starting point,from enrollment,training,Degree and so on three angles,around the cultivation goal,the enrollment object and the entrance examination,the study year and the curriculum establishment,the training way,the degree,the thesis system,the examination Seven factors,such as system and training evaluation,are used to distinguish the training mode of graduate students of physical education in some colleges and universities in China and the United States in an all-round way.Draw conclusions:1.Training objectives: Masters of physical Education in China and the United States take the training of applied talents in the social service industry as the training objectives.The difference is that in the process of training,the United States attaches more importance to the cultivation of students' professional skills to facilitate the employment of students.China attaches more importance to students' professional knowledge,but also attaches great importance to students' ability to solve practical problems,and strives to cultivate high-quality talents.2.Enrollment objects and entrance examination: major in physical Education in China Graduate students strictly control the quality of enrollment and set a unified standard,and there is no unified standard for master's degree in physical education in the United States,and all the indexes of students will be taken into account in all aspects.3.In terms of length of study and curriculum setting,the years of study in the United States are shorter than those in China,but at the same time,they have a lot of flexibility,and they will not have a great impact on the training.Whether there is a public curriculum in the curriculum is a big difference.There are great differences in the number of specialized courses,the choice of curriculum contents,and the setting of cross-disciplinary courses.4.Cultivation method: master of physical Education in China Professional graduate students are mainly responsible for graduate students,mentors,degree office tripartite cooperation,but in the actual training process mentor is the main person in charge.American Master of physical Education degree graduate students are responsible for consultants and mentors,consultants are responsible for professional selection,curriculum selection and other academic affairs,mentors are responsible for the writing of degree papers.5.In the aspect of thesis system: the subjects of Chinese and American masters of physical education are all focused on application-oriented topics,and they are awarded master's degrees in physical education,but the proportion of the thesis in the training is different.6.Examination system: the Masters of physical Education in China and the United States both choose two ways of examination and examination,but the master's research in the United States The training of students to adopt competitive elimination system to the entire assessment link requirements will be very strict.7.In the aspect of training quality evaluation,China adopts the evaluation method of government running school and government evaluation,and the United States adopts comprehensive evaluation methods and methods,strict evaluation process and evaluation index evaluation system.
