With the continuous development of the social science and technology, it become the core strength of international competition, the academic degrees and graduate education charged with the important tasks of cultivating innovation talents, promoting technology development, and building a modern country in our society, the master students education with professional degree as an important category of the academic degrees and graduate education, cultivate high-level applied talents for the target, meet the social development needs of the application-oriented talents, has an important strategic position of improving the international competitiveness and constructing an innovative country. Professional degree is a degree of occupational backgrounds, to train high-level applied talents of both solid theoretical knowledge and strong practical ability. The healthy development of the master students education with professional degree showed that it accords with the actual situation of China’s socialist modernization construction and the development of higher education, it is the inevitable products of the rapid development of the socialist economy. Though after twenty years development, got some experiences, has its own development laws, because of it started later, development fast, there will be a lot of problems inevitably, such as social awareness inaccurate, the train mode lacks innovation. So systematic look at the issues, found the problems and solve the problems positively, could promote the master students education with professional degree healthy development.The core elements of the developments of the master students education with professional degree for research clues, conducted a system study on the problems and countermeasures of the developments of the master students education with professional degree. The contents are divided into four parts to elaborate. Chapter one is introduction. Define the main connotation concept and characteristics of the master students education with professional degree, summarize the current status studies, and make an objectivity evaluation. Chapter two described the development history, current situation, and existing problems, the analysis of the problem causes. Review the historical stages of the development of the master students education with professional degree, describe the current situation and the main problems, these problems are main focus on the cultivating mode lack innovation, characteristics not clear. Chapter three mainly learn from foreign advanced experiences. Select the Asia and Europe countries typical success story of the high-level applied talents cultivating, provide a theory reference for constructing a cultivating mode with Chinese characteristic, and accord with the actual situation, starting from a traditional problems and countermeasures perspective, targeted to learn the experience, to achieve the high effect. The main contents of chapter four are prospects and forecast. First of all, explore a series featured path of the development of the master students education with professional degree.
