Research On Resource Construction And Application Of Education Cloud Platform In Ningxia

According to the main goal of Education Informatization Action 2.0,one of the major goals of the "three levels and two Heights" is to build an "Internet?education" platform to promote the transformation from educational resources to educational resources.That is,from the top to the bottom,the national,provincial,and prefecture-level cities have established educational cloud platforms.The purpose of establishing the educational cloud platform is to change the information island with the help of information technology in an information-based environment,realize teacher resource sharing,and personalize teaching and teaching management services.Moreover,the construction of the education cloud platform can ensure information security,because it is the government that is building and can save the cost of building the platform and maintaining the cost for the school.The utilization of resources could be improved;To realize the common construction and common enjoyment of resources--joint construction and sharing.Ningxia's educational cloud platform has made some achievements since 2016,but through data analysis and research,it has been found that in terms of resource construction,the construction of subject curriculum resources is uneven,curriculum resources development is not systematic,and information resources are "isolated islands".Lack of multiple development of generating resources and lack of evaluation system;Through the questionnaire and interviews in the teaching application of the platform resources can not meet the needs of teachers,only open,unwilling to use,mainly teachers do not have the consciousness to use resources on the platform,in the training process too much emphasis on technical operations.The above factors are due to the lack of professional managers,too many teachers 'tasks,and the lack of design personnel in the platform.According to the above questions,in order to improve the construction and application of digital resources in the Ningxia educational cloud platform,and with the characteristics of local resources construction in Ningxia,we have put forward some suggestions for building a rich and personalized digital education resource base.Training information managers in primary and secondary schools and teachers with strong technical integration ability in the application of resources;For the development of resources in the platform area of advanced regional division,according to the corresponding regional characteristics of development courses,the establishment of a related generation of resource evaluation indicators system,can promote high-quality resource sharing,set up corresponding reward institutions.
