The construction of modern apprenticeship system is an important part of perfecting the framework of vocational education in our country.It is also one of the important means to complete supply-side reform,adjust economic structure and train technical talents in our country.In order to meet the demand of social economy for talents,our country has carried out the pilot work of modern apprenticeship system.However,many problems have been found in the pilot work.In order to effectively solve the existing problems,it is necessary to learn from the successful experience of developing a good country in the apprenticeship system to help our country improve the construction of apprenticeship system as soon as possible.The modern apprenticeship system in New Zealand has undergone two reforms with three stages.Through continuous summing up experience and solving problems,people from New zealand finally formed the New Zealand apprenticeship system with local characteristics,which solved the problems of talent shortage and alleviated the employment pressure effectively.New Zealand apprenticeship has been widely recognized in New Zealand and has become one of the important ways to prepare for employment.It pays attention to the individual way of education,the diversity of learning places and convenient information platform to improve the status of apprentices in the public mind.This article takes New Zealand apprenticeship as the research object,through the research on New Zealand apprenticeship system development process,the system constitution and the characteristic and so on to explores the New Zealand apprenticeship system transformation and the maturity.In order to provide theoretical basis for further research,we should compete our research on modern apprenticeship system in New Zealand.Finally,by comparing the progress of New Zealand apprenticeship system with China’s modern apprenticeship system,the author tries to find solutions to the problems existing in our country’s pilot work. |
