Modern apprenticeship is a key research topic in the field of vocational education.From the promulgation of "Opinions of the Ministry of Education on the Work of Modern Apprenticeship Pilot Work",[2014] No.9 promises to build a modern apprenticeship system and comprehensively improve the technical skills The technical capacity and level of talent to "on the publication of the first batch of modern apprenticeship pilot units notice" teaching hall letter [2015] No.29 in the first batch of 165 modern apprenticeship pilot units to determine the scope of the implementation of modern apprenticeship and Scale has been developed,modern apprenticeship practice and exploration has been on trackModern apprenticeship pilot as a vocational education personnel training model of a law and practice of exploration,how through modern apprenticeship system of vocational education personnel training system,break through the dilemma of school-enterprise cooperation to stay,improve the quality of education for enterprises to develop high-quality skilled labor There is an urgent need to solve the practical level.This paper takes the modern apprenticeship colleges in Liaoning province(five in vocational colleges and one vocational school)as a sample,and summarizes and analyzes the construction of the pilot schools in the enrollment and recruitment methods,the construction of the curriculum system,the training methods,the construction of the teaching staff,the evaluation system construction and the safeguard measures And so on to find out the relevant problems and specific experiences,in order to achieve a regional,characteristic,large-scale implementation of the modern apprenticeship to provide a practical reference model.This study is divided into five partsThe first part is the introduction,which describes the background and significance of the modern apprenticeship system,and analyzes the content and methods of this study.The second part mainly discusses the relevant theoretical basis of the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system,and analyzes the practical significance and main analysis of the modern apprenticeship system.The third part summarizes the practical experience of the modern apprenticeship system of modern apprenticeship colleges in Liaoning province,and analyzes the five aspects of enrollment and recruitment,curriculum system construction,training methods,teachers' team construction and evaluation system construction.The fourth part mainly analyzes the problems existing in the practice of modern apprenticeship system in Liaoning province.On the basis of the analysis,the fifth part tries to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the practice of modern apprenticeship system in Liaoning province.
