| At present,Chinese secondary vocational schools are vigorously promoting modern apprenticeship,hoping that through the effective implementation of modern apprenticeship,to solve the counterparts in employment and the "Mechanics Shortage" in enterprise,to provide a large number of practical elementary and intermediate skilled personnel for the society,in order to promote the transformation of social economy and the sustainable and sound development of Chinese industry.It is obvious to see the positive effect in view of the pilot and practice of modern apprenticeship in secondary vocational schools for many years,and it plays an important role in the all-round development of theory and practice,knowledge and skills of students in secondary vocational schools.However,in the practice process,the effective integration between schools and enterprises,tutors and students(apprentices)has not been truly achieved,and some incentive measures should be adopted for the sake of encourage enterprises to participate and play their due role.Through the literature review and experience summary,this study found that in secondary vocational schools in the process of the implementation of modern apprenticeship enterprises participate in secondary vocational school personnel training,is advantageous to the enterprise post demand docking success setup of secondary vocational school,is advantageous to the enterprise production process successful docking secondary vocational school teaching process,The professional standards conducive to the success of enterprises docking with the curriculum content of secondary vocational schools.This study uses questionnaire survey and interview method to understand the current situation and existing problems of the implementation of modern apprenticeship in secondary vocational schools.It finds that more and more majors are involved in modern apprenticeship,and some basic characteristics of modern apprenticeship have been initially shown in the implementation process: The school and enterprise jointly formulate the talent training program,the dual identity of student apprentice,the dual tutorial system,the school and enterprise jointly formulate and implement the apprentice assessment,etc.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the implementation of modern apprenticeship in secondary vocational schools,such as students’ lack of understanding of the policy of modern apprenticeship,insufficient protection of students’ rights and interests,insufficient incentive measures for the construction of the team of tutors,lack of standards for the combination of "work" and "study" and insufficient degree of cooperation between enterprises.This study respectively from the understanding of the modern apprenticeship,students rights protection,the double main body and between colleges and double teacher education condition,teaching management and operational mechanism,the implementation of difficulties in the process of modern apprenticeships,etc to improve secondary vocational technical schools of modern apprenticeship advice: publicize the policy for the modern apprenticeship and popularization of modern apprenticeship to carry out;Protect the legitimate rights and interests of students and reform the diversity of enrollment and education;Optimize the qualification standard of double tutors and improve the guarantee of teaching operation;We will deepen mutual assistance and exchanges between schools and enterprises,and deepen cooperation and integration between them. |
