Research On Soft Baseball And Softball Training For Primary School Pupils In Kunshan

In the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Strengthening Youth Sports to Enhance the Physical Fitness of Young People",it is clearly stated that the improvement of students' physical fitness is one of the basic goals of school education.Soft-bar softball is a more important project in Kunshan City.Every year,Kunshan City Pupils Softball and Softball Competition,Softball Softball Summer Camp,Softball Softball Winter Camp,Cross-Strait Softball Softball Exchange,Regroup The team participated in the national softball and softball competition and achieved good results in recent years.Studying the development and bottleneck of softball and softball for primary school students in Kunshan is one of the ways to continuously improve primary school students in Kunshan.Using literature methods,questionnaires,interviews,field trips and mathematical statistics methods,from coaches,athletes,athletes selection,amateur training organization and development,sports competitions,logistics support,etc.,Kunshan City 8196 softball softball players and 21 soft baseball coaches from the small school with soft baseball teams investigated the current amateur training of the softball baseball training team in Kunshan City,and found out that Kunshan City was restricted.The main influencing factors for the further development of primary school softball and softball amateur training,and suggestions for improvement and suggestions for these influencing factors.It provides some practical and theoretical references for the continuous improvement of the amateur training level and competitive level of the soft baseball team in Kunshan City.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The amateur training of softball and softball in primary school students in Kunshan City has a good development and has a certain influence.The introduction of Taiwanese businessmen and the influence of Taiwan's softball culture have played an important role.Kunshan City primary school soft-bar softball amateur training team is developing in a more universal,scientific and standardized direction.(2)The coach's education is above the bachelor's degree and has the title of coach.The degree of specialization is high,which can basically meet the training needs.The coaches have the correct motivation and multi-purpose.Training design,training methods and methods are basically reasonable,but there are not many considerations for long-term training programs.The scheduled amateur training time is consistent with the characteristics of the school,athletes and projects.The venue facilities and equipment can basically meet the needs of soft baseball and softball amateur training.(3)The motivation of athletes' training is mainly interest and hobbies,and the sense of honor in going out to the game is strong.The number of years of training is more than 3-4 years,and training has a certain impact on learning.But the support of parents is high.(4)The funds for the soft-bar softball amateur training are basically satisfied,ensuring the development and growth of the soft-stick softball amateur training team for primary school students in Kunshan.(5)Kunshan City Primary School soft-ball softball amateur training has a short development time,there are still some shortcomings,among which full-time coaches account for a relatively low proportion,coaches' professional knowledge level and coaching experience are insufficient,and the establishment of a reasonable competition mechanism is the main problem.(6)The soft-ball softball amateur sports team has a relatively simple source of training funds.The medical supervision can not meet the demand,the material security needs to be improved,there is no special team doctor,the fatigue monitoring methods are imperfect and the training recovery equipment is lacking.The training archives and reward and punishment mechanisms are not perfect,and the supervision mechanism needs to be improved.Make the following suggestions based on the problem(1)Further improve the sports assessment mechanism,increase the emphasis on soft-bar softball,and improve the competition mechanism of soft-bar softball for primary school students in Kunshan.(2)Strengthen the construction of softball and softball teachers through high-level professional training and external exchanges.(3)Establish special funds for soft-bar softball training to ensure sufficient equipment and site facilities.(4)Improve the reward and punishment system and improve the enthusiasm of the softball softball coaches and athletes.(5)Drawing on the competition system and semi-government and semi-civilian organizational management mode of the primary school softball and softball competition in Taiwan.
