With the deepening of the new curriculum education concept and quality-oriented education,higher requirements have been put forward for teachers.The PE teachers in primary schools undertake the important task of promoting the healthy growth of pupils and forming good PE concepts.Primary school physical education teacher professional skills are physical education teachers engaged in teaching,work,career development ability,physical education teacher professional skills level is related to the enthusiasm of students to learn,related to the level of students' physical education comprehensive ability,related to the quality of teaching,physical education teacher teaching,the most basic premise of the work.As the most important way to develop the professional skills of teachers,post-service training is of great significance to the development of physical education teachers' professional skills.In this study,the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,analytic hierarchy process and expert questionnaire are used to study the vocational skills development strategies of primary school physical education teachers and 7 experts in Kunshan City,and the following conclusions are drawn:1.Primary school physical education teacher vocational skills evaluation system level index and weight are: physical education teaching accounts for 48.5%,extracurricular physical education guidance accounts for 26.4%,professional knowledge accounts for13.9%,sports scientific research accounts for 7.3%,modern educational technology accounts for 3.9%.2.At present,the age structure,gender structure and educational background structure of primary school physical education teachers in Kunshan City are relatively reasonable,and the level of sports is relatively low.3.At present,Kunshan primary school PE teachers have a solid grasp of professional knowledge,but there are some deficiencies in some places,such as poor sports ability and less grasp of psychological knowledge.The physical education teaching skill level is high,but lacks the form innovation,the teaching evaluation ability is poor,the extracurricular physical education guidance ability is weak,the grasp is not comprehensive.The level of scientific research ability is good,but the paper of higher level is less published.The ability to use modern educational technology is poor.4.At present,the frequency of primary school physical education teachers in Kunshan to participate in training is relatively high every year,and the training method is also relatively able to meet the requirements of vocational skills development,but the training effect is poor.5.At present,the main problems in the post-service education of primary school physical education teachers in Kunshan are the lack of targeted and effective training contents,single training methods,and the lack of a clear and specific assessment system.It is hoped that this study can provide reference basis for promoting the improvement of the professional skills of primary school PE teachers in Kunshan City,Jiangsu Province.
