According to the relevant requirements and deployment of the National Fitness Program(2016-2020)and the 13 th Five-Year Plan for Sports Development,Wushu plays an important role in implementing the national strategy of national fitness for all and plays an important role in promoting the construction of healthy China.Cultivating students' interest in Wushu in primary school is one of the effective ways to enhance the national Wushu practice. However,it can not be ignored that the development of Wushu teaching in China, especially the enlightenment teaching of Wushu,is not optimistic in primary and secondary schools. The main reasons are as follows: first, there is a lack of Wushu teachers;second, most schools in China basically do not have suitable Wushu teaching materials, especially at the level of one stage;third, the existing teaching methods of Wushu education in primary schools, and so on.Students can not improve their interest in learning, and they can not effectively and completely understand the essence of Wushu.Through the methods of literature, expert interviews,questionnaires,on-the-spot investigations, experiments and mathematical statistics, this study analyzed the current situation of Wushu activities in primary schools in China, and put forward the "game" teaching method based on offensive and defensive strategies,in order to promote the popularization and development of Wushu among children and adolescents. At present, the current situation of Wushu curriculum development in schools in our country is not optimistic because: first, the opening rate of primary school Wushu class is low;second, the teaching objectives of Wushu class are relatively general and lack of pertinence;third, most teaching processes adopt traditional teaching forms, which are single in content, lack of interest and lack of factors to mobilize students' enthusiasm;fourth, the single form of teaching evaluation can not reflect the full effect of teaching.Fifth, teachers, parents and students do not have enough knowledge of Wushu and deviate from after-school training.Sixth, there is a shortage of primary school Wushu teachers and less professional training.I have been devoting myself to Wushu teaching since I graduated from theNational Traditional Sports School of Shanghai Sports College in 2006.I am deeply worried about the present situation of Wushu teaching. In order to solve the practical problems and combine my teaching experience for more than ten years,I put forward the following suggestions: Firstly, improve the teaching materials of Wushu in the first and second grade of primary school, and integrate the essence of attack and defense into the teaching explanation.Secondly,we should integrate the organizational forms and methods of the existing Wushu textbooks.According to the characteristics of pupils' physiological and psychological development,we should adopt the "game" teaching method to compile teaching plans,so that students can learn happily and enhance their enthusiasm for participation and interaction.Thirdly,on the premise of following pupils' interests and hobbies,we should add Wushu culture and Wushu moral cultivation to the teaching,so as to cultivate students' Wushu spirit.Fourth,Wushu exchanges and competitions should be organized according to local conditions to promote exchanges among students.Fifth, organize professional training for Wushu teachers regularly to improve their professional skills and promote the exchange of experience among Wushu teachers.
