A Study On The Construction Of Full-Time Teachers In Entrepreneurship Education In JIANGXI Colleges And Universities

The Ministry of Education issued "on the 2016 National College Graduates' employment and entrepreneurship work notice" clearly stated: "Since 2016,all colleges and universities to set up entrepreneurship education courses,for all students to develop entrepreneurship education required courses and elective courses,into the credit management;to complete with strong entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities around the full-time teachers." In the context of the whole school entrepreneurship education,colleges and universities around the world to attract talents,set up entrepreneurship courses,and actively carry out entrepreneurship education,the large scale of entrepreneurship education and the demand for teachers are the new situation faced by colleges and universities,how to complete with strong entrepreneurship education of full-time teachers is a new challenge faced by colleges and universities,how to strengthen the construction of teachers' professional teachers and improve the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities is a new subject to be solved urgently.The development of higher education in Jiangxi is relatively underdeveloped,how to keep up with the new situation of entrepreneurship education in China,Create new achievements in entrepreneurship education,complete with strong professional teachers is the core of entrepreneurship education.Based on the study of the construction of the full-time teachers in Jiangxi colleges and universities,The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the construction of full-time teachers in Colleges and universities in Jiangxi.Firstly,this paper expounds the two theories of professional competence and teacher professionalization,which lays the foundation for the research;Secondly,through a questionnaire on the view of subject and object,expounds the existing Jiangxi university entrepreneurship education full-time teachers problem,and analyses the causes of the problems,in order to improve the construction of full-time teachers in Jiangxi to find the breakthrough point ofentrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities;Thirdly,the author analyzes the experience of the construction of full-time teachers in domestic and international entrepreneurship education,to provide reference for the construction of full-time teachers team of entrepreneurship education in Jiangxi colleges and Universities;Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the construction of full-time teachers in Jiangxi higher education institutions from the following three aspects: constructing the mechanism of full-time teachers,strengthening the training of full-time teachers and building the platform of teachers' growth.It has positive significance to explore the entrepreneurship education in Jiangxi colleges and universities,and improve the level of full-time teachers in Entrepreneurship Education.
