At present,our country has entered a stage of“Popular entrepreneurship and public innovation”,in which colleges and universities play a key role of cultivating entrepreneurial talent and shaping innovative minds.So it is imperative for colleges and universities to implement entrepreneurship education.But as such kind of education emerges late in China,a lack of teachers has bacome a bottleneck restricting the development.Therefore,training perfect teacher system of entrepreneurship education is a key link of the current development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.The United States,the world's first country to start entrepreneurship education,has accumulated rich experience in the training of teachers,which can provide us with valuable reference and revelation.So the article makes an in-depth research on the training of the teachers of the entrepreneurship education of the United States.This article is divided into five parts,the first part mainly analyzes the theoretical basis of the team construction of entrepreneurship education,it provides theoretical premise for cultivating and training entrepreneurship education teachers.The second part summarizes the construction process of American entrepreneurship education teachers in colleges and universities,mainly on the background and development course and status quo of teachers.The third part is case studies of teachers team construction of entrepreneurship education of American.In order to make the case more representative and comprehensive,mainly choose three typical universities from the most representative entrepreneurship education mode in the United States:the magnet mode——Babson University,the radiation mode——Cornell university,and the focused mode——Harvard University,analysis their current situation of the construction of teaching staff and management scheme an so on.The fourth part is on the basis of the former two parts,based on the development of entrepreneurship education teachers and the development of the three cases,to refine the experience of the teachers troop construction,mainly including three perspectives:pre-service training,induction selection and development after being recruited.In the last part is the analysis of present situation of teachers team construction of entrepreneurship education in China,on the basis of the specific reference to the experience of American,putting forward some reflections and suggestions,there are mainly four parts:perfecting support mechanisms for entrepreneurship education teachers,enrich the structure of entrepreneurship education teachers,perfecting entrepreneurship education teachers training,build a scientific assessment and incentive mechanism.
