| With the development of science and technology,mobile digital new media has come,and the era of "palm treasure" has come.At present,on campus,we can see "mobile phone control" and "bow family" everywhere.Students who use mobile phones irrationally can easily be used by mobile phones to become "slaves" of mobile phones.Then there are symptoms such as cell phone dependence and cell phone addiction.Therefore,the students ’learning,life,social emotional exchanges and other aspects of the harm to different degrees.At present,the current situation of "mobile phone dependence" in school has attracted the attention of researchers and related research reports have appeared.Most scholars associate mobile phones with students ’academic and academic studies,and believe that the negative impact of "mobile phone dependence" on students is far greater than the positive impact,such as delaying learning,affecting social skills,and endangering physical health.And most of the research objects are middle school students and college students.The research specifically targeted at secondary school students is scarce.The reason is that many scholars believe that in the school-based campus environment in China,the main business of middle school students is not based on grades.Examination mainly,The phenomenon of mobile phone dependence does not have much impact on middle school students,and the related research on its causes and corresponding management strategies is even less.However,with the rapid development of vocational education in China in recent years,vocational education has borne the burden of training middle and senior skilled personnel and promoting the economic and social development of the country.Combining with the particularity of middle vocational students,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to investigate the current situation of middle vocational students ’mobile phone dependence and put forward corresponding mobile phone management strategies.The research task of this thesis is to investigate the status quo of mobile phone dependence among vocational students;In view of the problems in the current situation of mobile phone dependence of middle school students,corresponding management strategies are put forward.The research methods used in this thesis are questionnaire investigation and interview.In the questionnaire survey method,this article uses the questionnaire compiled by the junior high school student’s mobile phone dependence scale et al..The three dimensions of withdrawal symptoms,craving,and physical and mental effects of the scale are written,which are in line with the characteristics of mobile phone dependence and have good reliability indicators(a total of 13 items,the cumulative contribution rate of variance is 59.13 %;The Cronbach’s α coefficient of the total questionnaire is 0.87).The research object of this article is: a secondary school in Nanchang city,the school has 13 majors,randomly selected students in each major and in the first and second grades of the school,a total of 400 questionnaires were distributed,and the final effective questionnaire recovered was 360.The recovery rate is 90 %.Among them,191 questionnaires were collected for the first year of secondary school and 169 for the second year of secondary school.This study uses SPSS20.0 to make statistical analysis of the survey data,which mainly includes the following aspects: 1.The detection rate of mobile phone dependence of middle school students and the detection rate of mobile phone dependence of middle school students;The distribution of mobile phone dependence and mobile phone dependence in middle school students;3,secondary school students rely on mobile phone behavior;Study on the type of dependence of middle school students.Through statistics and analysis of data:a.Nearly half of middle school students rely on mobile phones and mobile phone dependence;b.Middle school students rely more on mobile phone Internet access than on mobile phone self-service;c.The proportion of male middle school students who rely on mobile phones is higher than that of female students;d.The proportion of middle school students who rely on mobile phones is higher than that of middle school students in the first gradee.Lack of life goals and weariness are the main reasons that make up the mobile phone dependence of middle school students;f.The behavioral characteristics of mobile phone dependence of middle school students are mainly manifested in two aspects: "prominence" and "mood change."In view of the problems highlighted in the current situation of mobile phone dependence of middle school students,the following countermeasures are mainly proposed:a.Make them aware of the positive significance of mobile phones and improve their ability to manage themselves when using mobile phones;b.Analyze the main factors so that students know their future career plans well and reduce their awareness of attaching to mobile phones;c.Schools should also enrich students ’lives on campus and organize more activities so that their attention is not only focused on playing with mobile phones;d.Families,class teachers,counselors,etc.should care about the lives of middle school students,help middle school students correctly understand mobile phones,and give sufficient care to middle school students to help them reduce their dependence on mobile phones;e.The government should strengthen the legal construction of mobile media and create a
