With the continuous development of society,the development of electronic communication technology is also very fast.The prices of commonly used electronic products such as mobile phones and computers are steadily becoming more and more acceptable.Mobile phone,as the product of the development of the times,is being owned by more and more people,and the proportion of the mobile phone is also rising at present.The Chinese teenagers have surpassed other groups of mobile phones,even some students have more than one mobile phone.With the continuous progress of network media technology,with its convenience,shortcut,immediacy,interaction and other advantages,mobile phones are being sought after by teenagers.They are also depended on by teenagers,even in the same important position as food and clothing.Secondary vocational school students are growing up when they are young,carefree and under the careful care of their parents.They naturally become one of the main groups of mobile phones.Because of the poor self-control ability of the secondary vocational school students and not strong binding force to their own behavior,they often appear to be overly dependent on the new media of mobile phones,and are not aware of their physical and mental damage.The mobile phone dependence of secondary vocational students is becoming more and more common.It not only endangers the healthy development of physical and mental health of secondary vocational students,but also affects the normal learning and quality of life of secondary vocational students to some extent.In this paper,the definition,measurement,cause,influence and management strategy of cell phone dependence are combed.Through understanding the situation of students' mobile dependence and the performance and causes of their influence on students,this paper further discusses the effective management of reducing the adverse effects of cell phone dependence on their own and family school society.Rationale.This study takes a secondary vocational school student in Qingdao as the research object.Through a questionnaire survey and interview,it is found that 38.1% of the secondary vocational students have the tendency of mobile dependence.Most of secondary vocational school students' mobile phone dependence is mainly reflected in the behavior of checking and using mobile phone over normal frequency.In vocational school campus,the use of mobile phones is relatively common among secondary vocational school students.The excessive dependence on the mobile media will depend on the virtual world of the mobile phone all the time.It will lead to bad conditions such as escape,anxiety and irritability,and then the alienated reality of life,which affects the healthy development of the three views of secondary vocational students.The "sparse" or "jam" can not fundamentally solve all kinds of mobile phone dependence of students.This wine needs the cooperative management of secondary vocational students themselves and their families,schools and society.The secondary vocational students should strengthen their self-cultivation,improve their understanding and use their hands.Schools should take measures to help students away from bad mobile phone intrusions;the state should strengthen supervision,formulate relevant laws and regulations,and create a good social environment.
