In recent years,how to make young children gain greater teaching in a more balanced,harmonious and flexible educational environment has become an important research topic in preschool education.Chinese kindergarten male teachers have been dubbed” the best pandas”.I hope that through this research,I can more objectively and accurately understand the status quo of the professional identity of male teachers in kindergartens in a certain district of Nanchang,from kindergarten male teachers and kindergartens.The public and the public conducted survey visits in three aspects,and sought answers from practice.I hope that the research results of this paper can provide reference for the government and education departments to issue policies and regulations on preschool teachers,so as to improve the living status of kindergarten male teachers and promote them in practice.The gender structure of kindergarten teachers and the balanced development of kindergarten social ecology will eventually achieve the goal of coordinated,healthy and sustainable development of preschool education.The study found that the professional identity of kindergarten male teachers in a district of Nanchang has the following problems:(1)self-identification dilemma: the emotional imbalance of the male teachers in kindergartens;(2)the social identification dilemma: the marginalization of the social identity of kindergarten male teachers;Professional Identity Dilemma: Frequent job burnout and job-hopping behavior.According to the low professional identity of kindergarten male teachers,the corresponding suggestions are put forward:(1)The government needs to strengthen and rationally locate the social identity of kindergarten male teachers,form a benign public opinion guidance,and raise the attention of all walks of life to kindergarten male teachers;(2)Before the university The investment in education funds will effectively improve the salary and benefits of kindergarten male teachers and all aspects of welfare;(3)Strengthen the organization system and cultural construction of kindergartens,further broaden the expressions and channels of male teachers in kindergartens,and improve the right to speak in kindergartens;d)Improve the existing pre-school education system and other systems for the management andallocation of the park;(5)Enhance the self-cultivation of male teachers.
