Research On The Accurate Poverty Alleviation Of Rural Social Work From The Perspective Of Social Quality

Accurate poverty alleviation is the most important work content of China's current social and economic activities.After five years of hard work,China's precision poverty alleviation has achieved remarkable results,but with the precise poverty alleviation into a new era of hardships and difficulties,and the transformation of major social contradictions,for China Accurate poverty alleviation puts forward new requirements and goals.In particular,the current precise poverty alleviation policy relies on a single economic dimension to govern,lacks a multi-dimensional governance concept,and ignores the relationship between the poor population and society,which is not conducive to the high-quality development of sustainable poverty alleviation and sustainable goals.Therefore,guiding scientific work through the scientific theoretical paradigm and evaluation system to participate in precise poverty alleviation is an urgent need to promote high-quality development of precision poverty alleviation.This paper first analyzes the background of China's precision poverty alleviation and the requirements of the new time.At the same time,through literature analysis,it discusses the problems and dilemmas faced by China's current precision poverty alleviation,and also discusses the role and deficiency of social work in China's precise poverty alleviation.Secondly,based on the theory of social quality,the exploration of constructive factors,conditional factors and normative factors of social quality theory is the logical relationship between social quality theory and precise poverty alleviation,and proposes to build a social system based on social and economic security.Multi-participation and focus on energy-enhancing precision poverty alleviation,injecting the relationship between people and society into the connotation of precision poverty alleviation.Based on the field survey and semi-structured visits again,starting from the four conditional factors of social quality,the service content and work effectiveness of S social work institutions in precision poverty alleviation are summarized.Then it analyzes the role and advantages of social work as an actor of social service in the process of implementation and implementation of precise poverty alleviation policy from three aspects: concept advantage,method advantage and integration advantage.Finally,under the guidance of three factors and four dimensions of social quality theory,six suggestions for rural social work to assist in poverty alleviation were put forward: focus on individual ability and individual development;help improve social security mechanism and measures;enhance home Dejiafeng and community cultural functions;promote multi-level interaction;advocate the return of residents' social subject status;promote the upgrading of poverty alleviation assessment mechanism.Through these feasibility paths,it is important to promote rural social work to help China's precise poverty alleviation achieve sustainable development goals and high-quality development results.
