Research On The Influence Of Precise Poverty Alleviation On Rural Social Relations

In recent years,in order to promote the poor people to get rid of poverty as soon as possible,realize the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way as soon as possible,and reflect the system superiority of socialist countries,the state has increased the efforts to promote poverty alleviation,and implemented the "targeted poverty alleviation" policy in the vast rural poor areas."Targeted poverty alleviation" has been carried out for nearly six years,and has made remarkable achievements.The number of poor people in China has decreased from 82.49 million at the end of 2013 to 16.6 million at the end of 2018,and it is expected to achieve comprehensive poverty alleviation by 2020.The policy is after the state abolished the agricultural tax in 2006,the state will go deep into the rural society,involving every member of the rural society,and also has a wide and far-reaching impact on the life,values and social relations of rural residents.Based on the social facts of the impact of the implementation of the "targeted poverty alleviation" policy on rural social relations,this paper takes l village of Luodian County as an example,through on-the-spot research,by means of participating in observation and in-depth interviews,to investigate the impact of targeted poverty alleviation on rural social relations.The research perspective of this paper is to regard the rural society as an organism,the targeted poverty alleviation as an external stimulus,and analyze the changes of rural social relationship structure under the impact of the targeted poverty alleviation.The study found that the effective implementation of the targeted poverty alleviation policy helped most of the real poor villagers get rid of poverty,narrowed the poverty gap in the village,eased the gap caused by poverty in the village society,and also made some poor villagers get a good interpersonal relationship after getting rid of poverty.At the same time,the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation in the countryside promoted the social interaction of the villagers and strengthened the village folk Of.With the effective implementation of the targeted poverty alleviation policy,a large number of government cadres have gone deep into rural areas to carry out poverty alleviation,approached the masses,narrowed the distance between the cadres and the masses,helped the masses to solve practical difficulties,led the masses to get rid of poverty and become rich,improved the masses' understanding of the cadres,and created a harmonious relationship between the cadres and the masses.What needs to be paid attention to is that if the targeted poverty alleviation policy is not accurate in the specific implementation,which leads to the unreasonable distribution of targeted poverty alleviation resources,it may cause rural residents to compete for the poverty alleviation resources,thus affecting the harmony of rural social relations.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the findings of the study,that is,in the process of targeted poverty alleviation,the village social relations can be taken into account,and the targeted assistance countermeasures can be adjusted based on the rural social relations.This paper puts forward suggestions and discussions on poverty alleviation based on family relationship,neighborhood relationship and marriage relationship.
