On The Formation And Embedding Of Poverty Alleviation Projects In Colleges And Universities Under The Precise Poverty Alleviation Strategy

Compared with other units,the advantages of College counterpart poverty alleviation are embodied in educational resources,scientific research resources and professional resources.The practice of College counterpart poverty alleviation has a long history.The author according to CNKI,the current research on poverty alleviation of University counterpart reflected in the education of poverty,but the research on the system of special poverty alleviation and lacking of University counterpart.This article focuses on how to build a new model of poverty alleviation in colleges and universities,from the following aspects of analysis:First of all,from the perspective of the theory of empowerment of the village poverty analysis of the reasons,mainly in the rural individual knowledge and skills of the lack of rural poverty-stricken areas of social culture and the concept of life on the development of poor households self-capacity constraints and other factors.It is pointed out that the importance of poverty alleviation as an important force in poverty alleviation is a kind of "embedded" poverty alleviation model,which has profound influence on improving the education level in poverty-stricken areas,promoting personnel training and economic development in poverty-stricken areas.Secondly,it analyzes the specific reasons of poverty alleviation in colleges and universities,including the national policy requirements,the shortcomings of the traditional project system poverty alleviation,the unique resources of colleges and universities,the training of talents and the application of scientific research achievements.Based on the specific cases,this paper systematically expounds the process of generating and embeding poverty alleviation projects in colleges and universities,and analyzes the advantages of poverty alleviation from the advantages and the roles of poverty alleviation in colleges and universities.In the end,this paper discusses the construction of poverty alleviation model in the new university under the request of precision poverty alleviation,puts forward the mechanism of improving poverty alleviation operation in colleges and universities,establishes the training mechanism of poverty alleviation and the experimental base of "Production-learning-research",social workers intervene and constructs positive.This poverty alleviation model can ensure the smooth progress of poverty alleviation work,play a talent training and promote the role of self-improvement in poor areas,is conducive to ensuring the continuous development of poverty alleviation in colleges and universities.
