The Innovative Application Research Of "Inculcation Theory" In College Ideological And Political Educations

“Inculcation Theory” plays a significant role not only in the process of the proletariat taking over the power and re-establishing the regime,but in the modern college political educations.However,with the development of the whole world,specifically,the acceleration of the reform and opening process,the ways,paths and methods of ideological and political educations are also under revolutionary changes,that is,passive and unidirectional inculcation being gradually replaced by initiative,multi-directional and improvising methods.Meanwhile,as an important ideological and political education theory,the “Inculcation Theory” still plays an irreplaceable role,yet,its effect are now under wide suspicion of young students,and its value is also inferior to other theories,principles and methods.We illustrate the topic on three aspects.First of all,we define the meaning of the “Inculcation Theory” and its spiritual essence,elaborate its emergence and development and clarify its origin while systematically describing its application and development in China.Secondly,through the questionnaire,we conclude the present situation in college ideological and political educations,make some comments about its achievements and raise the existing problems and corresponding reasons.Finally,we propose the supply side reform on college inculcation theory promotion targeted at improving its pertinence,appetence and efficiency ideological and political educations,and agree to combine the theory with other teaching methods creatively,trying new ideas,theories and methods to make its best advantages,so as to apply them to the college ideological and political educations creatively.Through our research,we clarify the theory's deep meaning and affirm its essence.China is at a critical period to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The consolidation of our ideology relies on multiple theories and paths.The “Inculcation Theory” was born with revolutionary genes,and we need to enrich its meaning and innovate its methods,which show practical meaning on the improvement and innovation of ideological and political educations,and the consolidation of Marxism's leading roles in ideology domains.Yet,there are some problems like rough unidirectional inculcation,direct inculcation,which students have been fed up with,as well as being unpractical,less interaction and out of date,which are also undeniable.Therefore,the innovative application of the “Inculcation Theory” requires the educators not only master its essence,cut in from the teaching and learning subjects,keep up with the times,and update the improper methods while update new conceptions,combine the theory of supply side reform with “Inculcation Theory” innovatively,and solve the serial problems of the mismatching between supply and demand,and structural imbalance between investing and allocating,so as to exploit the advantage of “ Inculcation Theory” in college ideological and political educations.
