Along with the economic development and globalization,more and more Chinese family choose to send their children to further their studies abroad.The increasing demand has stimulated the overseas-study service industry into a stage of rapid development.Face the huge overseas-study market and big profits,and due to the low barrier entering overseas-study service agency market,there appeared the problems of seriously homogeneous products and white-hot market competition.Overseas-study service industry it's quite different from the normal sales or service industry,the product is intangible.Good reputation and customer satisfaction are the key factors for them to obtain the long-term development in the such fierce market competition.As the service staff the consultant can directly affect customer satisfaction of service quality,so we must pay attention to the team management.The first chapter of this thesis introduces the background and significance of the topic,it stated that the management of overseas-study consultant team can be vital for the sustainable development of overseas-study service agencies.The second chapter interprets the definition of the Team and Team Management,and introduces the theoretical basis of this thesis–Motivation Theory and Psychological Contract Theory.Through the review of larger number of literature materials,the author understands the basic situation of research on team management and construction by the current domestic and foreign scholars.The third chapter mainly introduces this thesis' research object – Overseas-study Consultant Team of Luojia Education Group and its current management situation.The first step is to interview with the company's team managers and consultants to understand their concerns,then according to the interview summary to design questions of the questionnaire to deep the investigation inside the company.Through the questionnaire survey feedback to summarize some problems existing in the company's overseas-study consultant team management,and then to analyze the reasons of the problems from the level of company and the overseas-study consultants.The fourth chapter in view of the reasons for the problems to explore the countermeasures to solve the problems.Base on the theoretical basis of Psychological Contract,the last section of this thesis puts forward some suggestions for the management of Luojia Education Group Overseas-study Consultant Team.The psychological contract between employees and the company is dynamic,the company should keep up with the development of the times to revise and improve the psychological contract with the employees constantly,so that to strengthen and consolidate the management and construction of overseas-study consultant team.Hope this thesis' s research on the management of Luojia Education Group's Overseas-study consultant team could be referential to the agencies from overseas-study service or education training industries.
