| With the intensification of market competition,competitiveness becomes the common topic of all enterprises.In the increasingly fierce cometition today,enhancing the competitiveness effectively has become the same task we explor together.It is true that the effective promotion of competitiveness is closely related to the development and management of human resources.Relevant research pointed out that human resources development and management can be used as its basic way to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.In order to solidify the corecompetitiveness of enterprises,companies have to pay full attention to the cultivation of talent and do some encouragements to talent.Nowadays,more and more 1990 s generations become employees of enterprises and they have gradually become the main force of the human resources market.However,facing the 1990 s generations,many companies lack some corresponding inducements,which will inevitably lead to the loss of employees.Therefore,enterprises must combine their actual conditions and focus on the characteristics of every employees to carry out effective encouraging management.As the latest generation in working market,1990 s generations have specific background characteristics of the times.Hence,this paper analyses the personalities of the 1990 s employees based on the study of encouraging theory,summarize the content of psychological contract between the 1990 s employees and the enterprises and discuss the accomplishment of effcetive encouraging management from the perspective of psychological contract.This paper is based on the analysis of the 1990 s employees in xx company.By combining the theory and analysis of practice,it discuss the encouraging management issue towards the 1990 s employees in xx company.Also,by the way of questionnaire survey,it discuss the problems and reasons of the encouraging management towards 1990 s employees,which is based on psychological contract.By combining the characteristics of 1990 s employees and the theory of psychological contract,it gives some corresponding suggestions of encouraging management to go through the individual studies of encouraging management towards 1990 s employees in xx company.Lastly,it concludes some advices of encouraging management which is based on the perspective of psychological contract towards 1990 s employees,to provide reference of encouraging management for related enterprises. |
