Research On Talent Cultivation Pattern Of Higher Vocational Education

With the socio-economic development and higher education popularized process accelerated, the higher vocational education attracts more and more people's attention, and it has become an important part of higher education. The main task of higher vocational education is to train the highly-skilled persons who works in the first line of production, management and service. However, at the present, there is a considerable gap between highly skilled person's resources and the actual needs of the community, the training model as the core elements of personnel training has yet to be further improved. So, this paper chooses the talent cultivation pattern in higher vocational colleges as the research subject.This paper utilizes investigate-research method, such as documenting method, comparative analysis method to discuss the concept, content, elements and characteristics of talent cultivation pattern of higher vocational education, refer to several major talent cultivation patterns of our country, pointed out the main problems in the talent cultivation pattern of our higher vocational education. Such as, the education idea deviates from the social needs, the target of talent cultivation is inaccurate, and the specialized establishment is unreasonable, etc. At the same time, it analyzed the reasons of the problems.Through the analysis and comparisons of foreign models, such as German Dual System, the United Kingdom BTEC model, American Community college and Australia's TAFE pattern. The text has discussed the characteristics of the talent cultivation pattern in higher vocational colleges of developed countries, it believes emphasizes on training the students'vocational ability, strengthens cooperation with enterprises, value practice and so on are the successful experience of foreign higher vocational colleges. They have important enlightenment functions to the development of our higher vocational educations.Finally, Considering of the development status of our higher vocational educations, and absorbing the valuable experience of foreign vocational education, it believes our higher vocational education should establish the employment-oriented ideas, set up the highly skilled as the cultivation goals, establish the market-based professional settings model, develop the broad-based and flexible-modules curriculum system, construct the double-abilities'teacher training model, emphasize the talent cultivation ways with enterprise, and pay great attention to the cultivation of students' practice abilities, to improve the higher vocational education quality comprehensively.
