Research On The Problem And Countermeasures Of "double Creative" Talent Cultivation In Higher Vocational Colleges Under The Background Of "double Innovation"

At present,"double innovation" has become a major strategy of national development,bringing unprecedented opportunities to the development of cultural industry,and posing new challenges to cultural industry talent cultivation.Recently,the implementation of the education reform of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities issued by the state council has clarified the direction and content of the reform in the context of "double innovation".Universities on the basis of fully integrating itself,formulate the corresponding talent training scheme,and puts forward the training goal,but the university double gen education system still exists many problems needed to resolve.As the progress of The Times,and further requirements in the process of education teaching in colleges and universities,strengthen the teaching mode,evaluation standard and conceptual change and the reform of personnel training,establish a set and double gen unified mechanism of talents cultivation,in make full use of the existing education way and the scientific method,on the basis of the double and improve college students' spirit and entrepreneurship,personnel training goals,which guarantees the further development of the whole country.This paper is the present situation of "double type" talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges and the model is discussed and analyzed,and then L college as an empirical case,based on the present situation of "double type" talents cultivation in the colleges of the analysis and investigation.This paper analyzed and studied the double innovation model of L college,double innovation education,double innovation and so on.Thus concluded that the higher vocational colleges in entrepreneurial innovation in the construction of talent team,some urgent problems,the author on the basis of fully combined with these problems,from the university-enterprise cooperation service platform,curriculum system construction and optimization,the construction and improvement of the teachers,and other point of study,put forward the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion,its main purpose is to further perfect the existing,on the basis of innovative entrepreneurial talent cultivation system,give full play to the real role of "national entrepreneurship and innovation",while improve the employment rate,reduce the because of unemployment and to the impact of the harmonious development of the whole social stability,in order to further promote the development of entrepreneurship in the solid foundation.
