“Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis”(hereinafter referred to as “Basic”)as one of the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,shoulders the role of giving full play to the guiding position of Marxism and building the socialist ideology with strong cohesiveness and leading power.It plays an irreplaceable role in the activities of college students' ideological and political education.Through the study of the effectiveness of the evaluation of the “Basic” course and the development of a scientific performance evaluation system,it is necessary to give a good evaluation of this “baton” to promote students' ability to enter the mind,values and legal system of the “Basic” course.Heart and entry,effectively improve the quality of teaching and promote the development of students' comprehensive quality.The theory of educational evaluation and the theory of ideological and political education are the theoretical support for the study of the effectiveness of students' evaluation of “Basic” students.Based on the questionnaires and in-depth interviews,the results of students in the “Basic” class are found.The exploration of evaluation methods has received more and more attention and is constantly improving.However,there are still the following shortcomings: the procedural evaluation is weak,the final evaluation is strong;the examination method is single,the information examination method is not used enough;the individualized examination coverage is small;the examination content is partial,the ability examination is insufficient;the evaluation subject is single The content of the assessment is not comprehensive enough and so on.The main reason for these problems is that the concept of performance evaluation is relatively lagging,the funds and teachers are not invested enough,the incentive system has not been effectively implemented,the teacher-student exchanges are small,and the teachers' information level is lacking.To this end,it is proposed to strengthen the process evaluation;implement the paperless machine test;continuously optimize the test bank,maintain the timeliness of the test bank;promote the performance evaluation system combined with the students' daily performance,and comprehensively examine the students.The “Basic” course will pass the performance evaluation mechanism to guide students to correct their attitudes and practice consciously in real life,thus truly achieving the teaching purpose of the “Basic” course.
