| Under the background that the Ministry of education continues to further promote the construction of intelligent education in Colleges and universities,this paper takes college a as the research object,and explores the management problems related to the paperless examination in Colleges and universities from the perspective of educational evaluation reform.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:Firstly,by summarizing the literature that has been consulted,this paper expounds the core concepts and theoretical basis used in this study,combs the foreign origin and domestic development process of paperless examination,and discusses the national promotion of paperless examination under the background of major epidemic.Secondly,based on SWOT analysis theory,this paper analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages of paperless examination from the aspects of examination process,teaching management efficiency,curriculum teaching assessment and evaluation,human,material and financial cost saving;This paper analyzes the external opportunities and challenges faced by the development of paperless examination from the aspects of the construction of intelligent education,the comprehensive deepening of the reform of educational evaluation,the characteristics of the reference object and the distribution of educational resources;Based on the above analysis,the SWOT analysis matrix is formulated to provide analysis ideas for the optimization strategy later.Thirdly,by means of questionnaire and field visit,this paper investigates the current situation of the implementation and implementation of paperless examination in a university.On this basis,it analyzes the acceptance of teachers and students to carry out paperless examination and the implementation of paperless examination.The results show that age,grade,subject category,course category and examination link have different effects on the acceptance and implementation of paperless examination;It also combs and analyzes the information on the existing resource conditions and use,system formulation and implementation of the school to support the paperless examination.The results showed that during the special period of the outbreak of COVID-19,the school formulated corresponding policies,gave strong support in technology,platform,venue and funds,and gained valuable experience in carrying out school wide paperless examinations.However,after the outbreak of COVID-19,the proportion of paperless examinations dropped.Finally,it analyzes the problems existing in the paperless examination in a university from the aspects of software and hardware conditions,examination process supervision,cooperation with the reform of educational evaluation and system guarantee,and analyzes the causes of the above problems from the aspects of educational resource allocation,ideological guidance and professional training,management mode and system guarantee.Based on the SWOT analysis results and the successful case analysis of paperless examination,using Z theory and collaborative governance theory,this paper analyzes the optimization strategies to solve the relevant problems of paperless examination from the aspects of rational allocation of educational resources,strengthening the training and management of teachers and students,innovating educational management ideas,establishing and perfecting the system and adapting to the reform of educational evaluation. |
