As an important part of social welfare,"child welfare" is a series of social services in the field of children provided by the state through policy support,financial security and service supply to maximize the potential of children's survival,protection and physical and mental health development.At present,China's child welfare system is in the stage of large-scale reform,the development model of child welfare is gradually turning to diversification,and the moderately inclusive child welfare system is still under further construction.The trend of social welfare socialization is becoming more and more significant.Providing a series of welfare services for children is not only the subject of the state and the family,but also an important way for social organizations to participate in the child welfare services in China's child welfare service supply system.With the development of social economy and the increasing diversification of social welfare needs,child welfare services also present new supply needs.In this paper,by analyzing our country's reform and opening up for forty years the child welfare service development and to the central financial support for the construction of social organizations to participate in social service in child welfare service content of the project as the breakthrough point,analyzes the social organizations to participate in the size of the child welfare services,capital,regional distribution and the change trend of service type,etc.At present,Chinese governments at all levels,from the central government to the local government,begin to purchase more services from social organizations toimprove the scope and quality of children's welfare services,and gradually form a child welfare service supply system dominated by the government and involving social organizations.
