Implementation And Management Of Engineering Talents Training Project In Higher Vocational Colleges

Higher Vocational Education is committed to cultivating applied talents.In the field of professional education,the international engineering education field represented by developed countries pays more and more attention to engineering education reform.And clearly define the engineering education reform as the future development direction of reform.In recent years,China is vigorously promoting vocational education at all levels.Under the guidance of "engineering" education thinking,some colleges and universities try to cultivate innovative and advanced applied talents.In the past,the research and practice of talent training has been concentrated on the identification and effect analysis of talent training models,and the research on the specific implementation of talent training projects is lacking.If a reasonable talent development project that meets the needs of social development lacks effective implementation management,it will affect the project implementation effect,resulting in the quality of personnel training cannot meet the requirements of project design.To this end,this paper takes the implementation of the professional talent training project in higher vocational colleges as the entry point of the thesis.Introducing the Theory and Method of Project Management into the Training of Applied Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges,carry out process management and control of professional talent training projects,improve the implementation effect of the project,and make the talents cultivated after the project implementation meet the needs of the society and enterprises.The paper firstly reviews relevant literature and materials,and summarizes the domestic and international research status of applied talents engineering training projects.On this basis,the application of project management theory and method in the implementation of talent training project is analyzed.Through the questionnaire analysis,we can understand the current situation of the application of the training of applied talents in higher vocational colleges,and summarize the specific problems.From the five major processes of project start-up,planning,implementation,control and closing,the project of engineering talent training project for higher vocational colleges was constructed.After that,the electronic information engineering technology major of Dongguan Vocational and Technical College was taken as an example for analysis.In view of the speciality of electronic information engineering technology,which is biased towards engineering requirements and application.This thesis introduces the relevant theories of project management into the process of engineering talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,which has certain innovation significance,and can be used as a reference for the specific implementation of talent training programs in higher vocational colleges in China.
