Secondary vocational education is an important component of vocational education in China,aiming at cultivating skilled talents in production,management and service.The ideological and political course,as the soul project in vocational education,undertakes to set up students' correct socialist core values.Infiltrate modern enterprise culture concept education;Cultivate students' good professional ethics and spirit;As an important part of the ideological and political course teaching,practical teaching plays an important role in cultivating college students' sound personality,scientific and reasonable world outlook,outlook on life and values,linking theory with practice,applying what they have learned to practice and independent thinking.In recent years,with the country paying more and more attention to vocational education,the ministry of education has issued important documents.the practice teaching of ideological and political courses in vocational schools and the training mode of combining work with work is the trend of the times.The vocational school's political lesson teaching reform research of exploring the work-integrated learning mode is of important theoretical and realistic significance.In this paper,As the research object of this subject,a total of 367 students from three vocational schools,such as technical secondary school,technical school and five-year college and technical secondary school,were selected to carry out an investigation on the current situation of the practical teaching of ideological and existing problems of teaching in vocational schools.On this basis,This paper analyzes the problems existing in the secondary vocational student's practice ideological and political teaching and the causes of the problems are analyzed,including insufficient attention,lack of teaching mechanism and carrier,Ideological and political discipline Marginalization is common,school-enterprise connection is not in place and so on.Based on the above,this paper discusses the effective solutions,including five aspects of teaching reform strategies: planning scientific curriculum,Implementing the curriculum philosophy,carrying out in-class practical teaching through multiple channels,making full use of student associations to carry out Combination of workand study,Strengthening the connection between schools and enterprises.
