Classroom is the main position of school education and teaching,and the realization of the training objectives in secondary vocational education depends on effective classroom teaching,in which the role of teachers in classroom management is of vital importance.Under the background of the current curriculum reform about work-study combination of vocational education,the traditional classroom management model has been greatly impacted.To implement the curriculum reform into classroom teaching,it is urgent to study the integrated classroom management strategy of work-study combination,so as to improve the classroom management level of secondary vocational teachers,and further promote the improvement of secondary vocational classroom teaching quality.This study takes a secondary vocational school as the case study object.Through classroom observation,questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and other research methods,the current situation of classroom management of teachers in this school under the curriculum reform of work-study combination is investigated.On this basis,the paper further analyzes the effectiveness,problems and influencing factors of classroom management of work-study combination courses in secondary vocational schools,and probes into classroom management strategies suitable for the new courses,so as to provide references for improving the quality of classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools.Study found that due to the state's strong support for vocational education,and the expansion of the idea about work-study combination,in the main dimensions of classroom management such as the physical environment in class management,the social environment in class management,class order management,and class activities management,the secondary vocational school's work-study combination of classroom management presents differences from the traditional class.There are efforts and achievements of reform,as well as shortcomings and problems: in terms of classroom physical environment management,the physical environment of the school has been greatly improved.However,there are still defects in the integrated teaching space design,and insufficient attention has been paid to the importance of classroom environment layout on learning.In terms of classroom social environment management,teachers have a democratic concept of classroom management.The teacher-student relationship isharmonious and classroom interaction is frequent.However,teachers still cannot get rid of their control over students in the specific implementation,with insufficient effectiveness of language incentives,neglecting the management of learning communities among students.In terms of classroom order management,the integrated curriculum introduces the enterprise 6 S management mode,and the classroom order is standardized.However,the regular formulation ignores the participation of students,and the construction and cultivation of students' self-management ability are slightly inadequate.In class activities management,teachers can follow the integration of teaching content,mainly to design the teaching activities by way of group activities,and try to promote students' learning enthusiasm,and the student participation is relatively high,but because of the group distribution of uncertainty and low efficiency for group activities,it had a certain influence on the teaching schedule.At present,the problems in classroom management of work-study combination courses in secondary vocational schools are not only directly related to the psychological characteristics and learning basis of secondary vocational students,but also influenced by school management,teachers' ideas and qualities and some other factors.Research based on the results of the survey,puts forward countermeasures:the first one is the concrete practice of optimizing classroom management strategies: classroom teaching to do with the combination of physical environment of professional space design;classroom social environment create a positive and harmonious classroom atmosphere;classroom regular pay attention to the participation of students;stressed group in the class activities to carry out scientific management;to ensure that students actively participate in activities equally.The second one is to improve the overall support strategy of classroom management: as for teachers,they should update the management concept,establish the students-oriented thought,participate in action research,form the habit of reflection,improve their professional quality,and change their roles flexibly;At the school level,teachers should strengthen integrated on-the-job training,improve their classroom management skills,and establish an integrated classroom management evaluation mechanism to improve the comprehensiveness of evaluation.
