Problem Analysis And Countermeasure Research On Applying WeChat Public Platform In Middle School Management

With the development of Mobile Internet,WeChat and WeChat Public Platform have been involved in people's daily life in our society.All kinds of schools are opening their own official WeChat Public Platforms and using them as tools for school management and so on.The publication of "China Education Modernization 2035" provides a strong theoretical guidance and policy guarantee for the informatization of education in China.This study is to learn about the functions and characteristics of WeChat Public Platform,discuss its feasibility and inevitability,take the theory of educational informatization,school public relations and the Lasswell's “5W” communication mode as researching perspectives,through following 16 middle school WeChat Public Platforms,observing combined with questionnaires and interviews to discover that middle schools focus on their platforms building,disdain operations;lack of teamwork cooperation,which causes limitation of their services,home-school interaction,and security issues.On the basis of analyzing the causes of the problems,this study puts forward that in order to apply WeChat Public Platform in middle school management,school managers must clear their management orientation,and change the ways of their school management,Therefore,they can build a sense of consciousness of school media brand,create a new platform for,online teamwork construction,home-school interaction and offer more multifunctional guaranteed services in their schools.Under the background of "Internet plus Education",middle school managers and educators,especially the operators of school WeChat Public Platforms should explore more countermeasures to apply the WeChat Public Platform efficiently,so that their schools will develop into higher and advanced level.
