The physical condition of junior high school students in China is not optimistic.The state attaches great importance to the health of young people,which is reflected in the fact that the physical test scores are added to the final results of the entrance examination according to a certain proportion and students are encouraged to participate in sports.At present,the improvement of students' physical fitness mainly depends on the teaching activities in physical education classes,and the inefficiency of students' learning caused by traditional teaching methods is a common phenomenon.Reversing the classroom provides a new way for the reform of traditional teaching modes.This paper carries out relevant research by building a technical platform on the basis of Wechat,and applies the theory of Reversing the classroom through Wechat platform.In junior high school physical education teaching practice,enrich the diversity of flip classroom theory combined with practice.In this paper,experimental method,questionnaire survey method,combined with the status of physical education teaching research.First of all,through reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature to form a systematic literature review,while defining the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of the flip classroom.Secondly,by using the reversed classroom teaching mode in an experimental class of the first grade of a middle school,and the traditional classroom teaching mode in a control class,each class has three lessons a week,45 minutes each lesson,and carries out a seven-week teaching experiment.Finally,the experimental results are analyzed to explore the impact of the flip classroom teaching mode on the teaching effect of junior high school physical education.Through experimental research,the following conclusions can be drawn:1.The use of flip classroom can make students' sports skills more standardized,physical sensitivity and coordination have been improved.2.In the class offlipping classroom teaching,students' interest in sports learning has been significantly improved,while in the traditional teaching mode,students' interest in sports learning has not changed much.3 After the implementation of the reversed classroom teaching model,the attitude of the students in the experimental class has been improved,while the change of the students in the control class is not obvious.This research can provide a reference for the teaching practice of the first grade of junior high school.By applying the flipped classroom to the physical education teaching practice of the first grade of junior high school through the platform of Wechat,it can improve the efficiency of students' physical exercise to improve their ability.It can also enrich the current too monotonous and weak curriculum content,teaching structure,teaching methods,evaluation system,etc.,and lay the foundation for the reform of physical education teaching.Methodology provides scientific advice.However,the sample selection of this study has limitations.In the future work,the subject will be further expanded to obtain more accurate and authoritative conclusions.
