Research On The Application Of Sports APP In College Sports In Guangzhou

Physical exercise can enhance physical fitness,improve health,sports app extracurricular exercise supervision plays a very important role in promoting the physical quality of college students.In the reform of physical education in colleges and universities,internet sports is the new breakthrough point of physical education reform.In the reform of physical education in colleges and universities,internet sports is the new breakthrough point of physical education reform.To study the influence of the application of sports app on physical education and to understand the problems in the application process,and to propose improvement measures.It provides practical reference for promoting college students' physical quality and physical education reform.The questionnaire was designed by referring to the relevant literature.the questionnaire was collected from 4 universities in Guangzhou : Guangzhou university,Guangdong university of technology,Guangdong pharmaceutical university and Guangdong university of foreign studies.Survey of 729 college students.The conclusions are as follows :(1)The use of sports app in universities is more reasonable,but it needs further improvement and improvement.Sports world campus app for extracurricular physical exercise,in its sports and complete the task cycle needs further improvement;extracurricular physical exercise app needs further adjustment in its task requirements.(2)The application of sports app changes the structure and content of sports score and improves the evaluation system;It can promote the frequency,duration and intensity of exercise.It has a certain influence on students' sports motivation.(3)The application of sports app is greatly influenced by the weather factors,and there are defects in the procedure.Students committed fraud in the use of the product;this has increased the difficulty of school management.(4)Aiming at the problems existing in the application of sports app,this paper puts forward technological innovation,seeks for breakthroughs and adds corresponding functions;strengthen supervision and control;measures to increase sports app sports items and enhance the flexibility of school management.
