Study On Developmental Strategies Of Web-education In Colleges Based On Polycentric Governance

With the deepening of the urbanization process and the improvement of people's attention to education,educational resources have become the most competitive social resources field.The rapid development of information technology has also brought a series of innovations in the field of education.Online education is no longer confined to the traditional teaching methods for a long time.It is no longer limited by time and space.It forms a diversified educational system with traditional education.In order to ensure the efficiency and quality of network education,the research on network education in China's colleges and universities is also more important.Firstly,network education and multi center governance theory applications based on the domestic and foreign scholars are reviewed,the current situation of the development of network education in our country of polycentric governance theory are analyzed,the basic situation of network education in universities are studied through a questionnaire survey,and the development of the status quo of college education of polycentric governance theory from the government,universities and society the three main governance are analyzed.Secondly,the problems of online education in Universities in China under the theory of multicentre governance are analyzed,and teaching methods and needs are analyzed.Finally,from the perspective of polycentric governance theory,network education in Colleges and universities are analyzed,the teaching resources and the teaching process of colleges and universities to promote social network,network education service and supervision are optimized.Through the study on the Countermeasures of university network education development through the multi center governance theory,market standardization management ideas for the development of network education are provided,the standardization management of university network in the field of education are realized,enrollment fees and market competition,helping the realization of people lifelong education.
