The Regional Pre-School Education Development Problems In Multi-Center Governance Perspective

With the progress of China’s social and economic development, the national emphasis on education is increasing. As an important part of education, pre-school education is the foundation of the entire national education which plays an irreplaceable role not only for the smooth development of compulsory education and even the motherland education strategic plan for the long-term implementation, but also on the future of the family and even the long-term development of the country plays an a valuable role. Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region since its inception in1947, especially the last three decades, pre-school education made some progress, but there are some problems, increase the importance of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region pre-school education for the development of education in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and even balanced development of the national education have played an important role.On the basis of previous studies, the introduction of a multi-center governance theory study for the development of the autonomous regions and pre-school education. Comprehensive and multi-agent analysis was made to study the current development of the autonomous region at this stage of pre-school education, and put forward in the development process problems and solutions countermeasures to play a positive role in the pre-school education development of the autonomous regions.This study, not only have a positive role for the entire western region and the national pre-school development. But also, having a higher practical value for enhancing the quality of the citizens, to enhance the level of education of the country as a whole.
